Schedule an initial meeting where you will share about your journey and future goals. You then will receive an individualized day by day training plan that will be curated to your needs. You will get check in's bi-weekly to see how your training is going.
After the initial meeting (included in price), you will receive daily training plans on a weekly basis. Using the data you report, these optimized training plans will be adjusted to maximize your performance. You will be taught HOW to understand your data so you can become proficient in the data analytics of performance. After 6 months you are eligible to become an official DPA Athlete
